We pull the old glass, prep the pinchweld, lay the urethane bead to AGSC spec, set the new glass, and clean up before we leave.

Our service unit arrives at the scheduled time. Most installs complete in 60 to 90 minutes. We allow for safe drive-away time before you can drive the vehicle. The insurance claim is filed and closed by the time we leave.
Some mobile auto glass services treat the channel like a discount option — older glass, rushed installs, less experienced techs. That’s not how we work.

Anywhere your vehicle is safely parked in San Antonio or surrounding Bexar County — your driveway, your apartment building’s lot, your office, your kid’s school pickup line if that’s where the rock kicked up. We need a stable, mostly-flat parking spot with enough space around the vehicle to maneuver and access the glass. Active job sites and gated communities are fine; we just need to know about access requirements when we schedule.
Yes. We don’t add a mobile surcharge in the San Antonio coverage area. The price is based on your vehicle, the glass type, and whether ADAS calibration is required — not on whether we drive to you or you drive to us.

Some ADAS calibrations can be done mobile if the parking environment supports it — primarily dynamic (road-driven) calibrations. Static calibrations that require specific target distances and controlled lighting may need to be completed at our shop after the mobile install. We’ll let you know up front when we quote the job. If a shop visit is needed, we’ll usually book it back-to-back so you only handle one service.
Plan on 60 to 90 minutes for the install itself, plus a one-hour safe drive-away time before you should drive the vehicle. If your vehicle requires ADAS calibration that we can complete on-site, add 60 to 90 minutes for that step. If calibration needs the shop, we’ll schedule a follow-up.
You don’t have to be physically watching us, but the vehicle needs to be unlocked and accessible, and we’ll need to coordinate keys at the start. Most customers leave us a key and go about their day — we lock up when we leave. If you’d rather hang out, that works too.
Mobile auto glass replacement requires dry conditions — water on the urethane bead during installation compromises the seal. If the forecast looks bad, we’ll either reschedule, work under your covered carport or garage if available, or move you to our shop for that day. We don’t install in active rain.
For most San Antonio addresses, same-day or next-day mobile appointments are typical. Glass stock for your specific vehicle is the main variable — common windshields are usually in stock and can ship same-day; specialty or rare glass may take a day or two to source. We confirm the timeline when we quote.
